Overnight Oats Right for Types A, B & AB

Single Serving


Ingredients

½ cup oats

1 tbsp chia seeds

½ cup yogurt

½ cup almond milk

½ - 1 tbsp agave syrup

Fresh vanilla bean (optional)


Suggested toppings that are right for all blood types include blueberries, cherries, pecans, walnuts or a drizzle of Proberry 3 Liquid.


Instructions

In a resealable bowl, mix together all of the ingredients, seal and refrigerate overnight.

To serve, layer the overnight oats with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
