Julee’s Homemade Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour Blend

1 cup rice flour 3/4 cup sorghum flour 1/4 cup amaranth flour 1/4 cup quinoa flour 1/4 cup millet flour 3 and 3/4 cups potato starch, cornstarch, tapioca starch or arrowroot powder 2 tsp. xanthan gum 2 tbsp. potato flour Directions Whisk ingredients together in a bowl until mixed well, put in a canister and Mark Gluten Free All Purpose Flour.
