Tomato-Free Salsa

(South American)


Ingredients:

2-3 Bunches clean & partially dry Cilantro

1 Med Sweet Vidalia or Texas White Onion

½ Med Red Onion

½-3/4 Cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

3 Roasted Green Chilies

1 Raw Red Bell Pepper

Lots of roasted garlic

Dash of Sea Salt

Dash Cayenne Pepper

Lime juice (5 limes)


Place all ingredients in a food processor & run

until everything is in small bits.

(Optional ½-1 cup of pine nuts)
