Some Suggestions for Dry Skin

Combine 1 part vegetable glycerine with 3 parts water in a small spray bottle. Shake well and apply all over the body right after bathing.


Water, especially with chlorine, dries out skin.


Squeeze a little flax oil out of capsule, or use some castor oil and apply to rash or rough areas before bedtime.


Take flax oil, primrose or fish each day with your meal.


Double rinse clothes when possible.


Drink a minimum of 64 ounces of water, away from food, every day.
