    Daily practice improves both nasal and sinus health and;

    1) Clears out sticky, thick mucus, and reduces nasal congestion.


    2) improves sinus drainage, which helps prevent upper respiratory infections, and reduces dependency on antibiotics, antihistamines, nasal steroids, decongestants and asthma medications.
